It is also meant to show that the applicant is approved to travel during the intended travel dates. This is why the employment letter also needs to show that applicant is approved to take leave during the intended travel dates. Hope this clarifies.

So very useful as we are planning a very similar trip this summer. It would be useful to hear of where you stayed along the way. Also you mention a train only twice, is bus the only way to do this?

In reply to PS. Yes as long as you complete the application process before the deadline. It is not based on approval date. The ipad redemption details (email/sms) with the location to collect will be sent to you typically 60 to 90 days after you fulfill the min spend.
